Erosion of Forms follows a shifting natural body whose apparent solidity gives way to layered contours, filaments and dispersed fragments. Its surface opens and folds into itself, holding the image between a recognisable volume and a form in dissolution.

Created for PhygitArt 2025, the one-minute work was presented as a continuous loop at Villa Magherini Graziani in San Giustino, Italy. In dialogue with the building’s architecture, the moving image brings a shifting organic presence into a space defined by stable forms. Its contours gather and unravel, creating a tension between the permanence of the setting and the transience of the image.
