Breath-responsive
Natural Fragility holds a flower in a delicate equilibrium, always on the edge of dissolution. Composed of ephemeral particles, its form remains suspended between coherence and dispersal, until a breath sets its structure adrift.
As the participant exhales into a microphone, the flower breaks apart, its fragments drifting into the surrounding space. Over time, it reconstructs itself—not as an exact replica, but as a subtle variation shaped by the traces of previous disruptions.
The work approaches fragility as a condition of continued change. What returns is neither untouched nor entirely new, but a form that carries its disturbances within it.
